Individualised support for endometriosis, adenomyosis, fertility, and long-term wellbeing.
My Endo Care provides health education and support for women with endometriosis or adenomyosis — especially those who are trying to have a baby.
Living with endometriosis or adenomyosis often means navigating pain, fatigue, uncertainty, and complex treatment decisions. My Endo Care offers clear guidance that integrates current research, Western medicine, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, helping you understand what is happening in your body and what may actually support it.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution in endometriosis care. My Endo Care focuses on individualised, sustainable approaches — reducing overwhelm and supporting long-term wellbeing.
The My Endo Care Empowerment Program is a structured group program for women with endometriosis or adenomyosis who want to support their fertility while improving long-term wellbeing.
Running over 12 weeks, the program combines:
Clear, up-to-date medical knowledge is an essential foundation in endometriosis care. In My Endo Care, current research and clinical insights are translated into understandable, practical information you can actually use in daily life.
This approach helps you better understand what is happening in your body, so you can make informed, confident decisions about lifestyle, self-care, and medical options without overwhelm.
Starting with your individual diagnosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine, we explore why your body reacts in certain ways and how you can best support it. This approach looks beyond isolated symptoms and considers the whole picture.
You gain clarity about what may be behind pain, cycle changes, fatigue, and digestive issues. This deeper understanding helps explain why some approaches suit you better than others and supports more personalised care.
In My Endo Care, the focus is on strategies that can be integrated into everyday life. The approaches are realistic, adaptable, and respectful of your current energy, symptoms, and circumstances.
Knowing what may support you and actually being able to do it are often two very different things. That’s why the program runs over 12 weeks, allowing time to adjust and gently embed beneficial behaviours into real routines. This helps make change sustainable.
The next My Endo Care Empowerment Program begins on 5 February.

Sharing knowledge is a central part of my work. Through research, teaching, and group settings, I aim to translate complex information about endometriosis into clear, accessible insights that women can relate to.
Creating spaces for learning and exchange allows women to better understand their bodies, ask informed questions, and feel more confident in navigating symptoms, treatment options, and everyday choices.
